"I’ve been their customers for years and I even referred my friends , then I found a better rate so I switched to different company same day of next payment due date I told Elizabeth that I need to cancel she said we have to charge it then we will refund you the difference , after a month she said there was some calculations differences and the differences will wash out my payment which doesn’t make any sense , I hate to say it but they’re not trustworthy , don’t trust them with your business."
