"This office is notorious for nickel and diming you. Be careful with auto pay. They claim to withdraw your money after the due date and send youba message thatbyour payment failed. They then do it month after month and will notvwaive the 25 dollar fee. They dont care, they hide behind a we dont issue credit policy. They would rather you leave to anothrr insurance company than issueca,25 dollar credit that they created themselves. Stayvaway from this branch and State Farm all together.
